All meat is supplied frozen and comes with a use-by date of 21 February 2026.
Customers must book their collection slot at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to prepare their order.

Please note that we do not offer delivery. Orders must be collected from the Estate on one of the following dates:

Lamb
Our lamb is sold as Half a Side of Lamb (£135), which includes a generous selection of cuts such as leg, shoulder, rack, loin, rump, fillet and mince. A limited amount of additional lamb mince is also available.

Beef
We have a wide selection of beef cuts available, including:
- Whole fillet steak
- Sirloin, flat iron and skirt steaks
- Roasting joints (rolled rib, rump, brisket)
- Mince and stewing steak
- Jacobs Ladder and speciality items
- Bones for gravy stock or the dog

Pork
A limited range of pork cuts is available this year, including:

- Boneless shoulder
- Bone-in shoulder

Beef Boxes Now Available
Our Montreal Estate Beef Box is a hand-picked selection of prime beef cuts, perfect for those seeking locally sourced, high-quality meat. If you enjoy cooking with exceptional beef full of depth and flavour, this box is for you.
Priced at £115, each box offers great value compared to purchasing the items individually. Every box includes a succulent beef joint and four juicy steaks, along with other carefully selected cuts.
