Each building bears its own distinct character and unique square footage – embracing the site’s historical agricultural past. The majority of the offices are conversions.

Residential properties
Residential properties, Salters Heath 1 (4 bedroomed) and Salters Heath 2 (2 bedroomed) are in the process of being modernised and should be available by April 2024.
All other residential properties are currently occupied. It is rare for us to have available accommodation but we do keep a list of anyone who has expressed an interest in renting any of our properties so that we can notify them as soon as one becomes available.
