Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Montreal Estate in the North Downs AONB, this bespoke shooting excursion promises a day of unrivalled luxury and exhilarating sport over hilly and forested terrain. Experience partridge, duck and pheasant drives or a combination of the three.

The Estate covers an area of 2900 acres and is situated near the charming town of Sevenoaks, just a short 30-minute drive from central London.

Introduction of Partridge to The Shoot

At The Montreal Estate, we are always looking for ways to enhance and refine the shooting experience, ensuring that every season is better than the last. With that in mind, we have taken the decision to introduce partridge to our offering.

The estate’s unique topography—sweeping valleys, rolling grasslands, and carefully managed woodland—provides the perfect setting for challenging, fast-flying partridge. Over the past seasons, we’ve made significant improvements within the shoot, from repositioning game covers to enhancing bird husbandry and refining our drives. Adding partridge is the natural next step, further diversifying what we can offer to guns who appreciate truly sporting birds.

This marks another exciting chapter in Montreal’s evolution. Seeing the estate continually progress is something we take great pride in, and we’re looking forward to sharing this new addition with those who join us this season.

The Schedule

8:30 AM Breakfast: The day begins promptly at 8.30am with a sumptuous breakfast, a filling start for a day of sport.

Morning Drives: Guests will then embark on an immersive journey through the estate’s grounds, traveling in style aboard our well-stocked gun bus.

Over the course of the day, guns will engage in exhilarating drives, each meticulously designed to challenge even the most seasoned gun.

Elevenses: A well-deserved break after the second drive, where guests can relax amidst the serenity of the field or retreat to our Shoot Lodge to unwind and recharge, savouring the tranquil surroundings before resuming the day’s sport.

Lunch: The day culminates in an Estate- sourced 4-course meal paired with wine at the shoot lodge, the perfect way to relax and celebrate a successful day of sport.

Transport and Accommodation

Our convenient location on the border of Kent and Surrey ensures easy access, and we can arrange transportation and lodging upon request. Gated parking is provided at the Shoot Lodge for those who wish to travel by car.

The Shoot Lodge

Our luxurious contemporary Shoot Lodge provides a relaxing retreat. Here guests can enjoy panoramic vistas of the picturesque landscape from the wrap-around balcony.

Food and Drink

Throughout the day, we provide exceptional hospitality, with an Estate-sourced Elevenses and a 4-course lunch at the Shoot Lodge.
Central to our ethos is a commitment to the “field to fork” philosophy, where guests can indulge in a gastronomic journey showcasing the finest local produce. From succulent beef and tender lamb to flavourful venison, pheasant, and duck, each dish embodies the essence of farm-to-table excellence.

The Montreal Estate is managed by The Green Family, who are actively involved in hosting. The shoot is overseen by Rory Green. Rory, along with his team, is dedicated to providing our guests with an outstanding shooting experience.
