Located in the picturesque Kent countryside, The Montreal Estate offers a variety of outstanding simulated shooting packages. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure or a team away day, we provide a memorable experience with beautiful scenery and excellent hospitality.
The Estate covers an area of 2900 acres and is situated near to Sevenoaks, just a short 45-minute drive from central London.

What is a simulated shoot?
Simulated shoots are similar to clay pigeon shoots but follow the format of a traditional game shoot. They feature multiple locations and include food and drink, with the key difference being that you are shooting clays instead of live game.
The Head Gamekeeper has designed each drive to simulate our driven days to perfection, giving you a taste of the real deal.
Transport and Accommodation
Our convenient location on the border of Kent and Surrey ensures easy access, and we can arrange transportation and lodging upon request. Gated parking is provided at the Shoot Lodge for those who wish to travel by car.
The Shoot Lodge
Our luxurious contemporary Shoot Lodge provides a relaxing retreat. Here guests can enjoy panoramic vistas of the picturesque landscape from the wrap-around balcony.
Who can take part?
You will need your Shotgun and Certificate and Personal Insurance, and additionally we recommend circa 500 cartridges.
If you do not have a shotgun or a license, an instructor can be arranged, and the Estate can provide slabs of 250 cartridges.
What happens on the day?
The day will start at 9.30am at our stunning Shoot Lodge.
We take care of every detail, providing you with a delightful culinary journey that includes breakfast, Elevensies, and a field to fork supper (package dependent), so you can unwind after a thrilling day of shooting.

This is a fully bespoke offering, designed around each client and the objectives of the day. While loaders, guns, and cartridges are always included, all other elements are tailored to suit the group, creating a relaxed, polished, and well-paced experience.
The Corporate Package can be shaped around client entertainment, team building, or a reward day, with flexibility in timing, shooting flow, and involvement for non-shooting guests.
