Sustainable Biomass Woodchip
Our BSL-accredited woodchip is produced from responsibly managed Estate woodlands. Trusted by commercial, public sector and domestic customers, including schools, hospitals and heating networks.
We can also supply woodchip for garden bedding.
Sevenoaks Honey
Our small-batch honey reflects both the season and our land. Our bees forage in woodlands, wildflower meadows, hedgerows, and downs, giving the honey its unique character. It’s a light, runny honey with delicate notes of wildflower, lime blossom, hawthorn, and summer herbs.
Produced sustainably and extracted carefully to keep its purity, provenance, and natural complex flavour.
Local Sustainable Charcoal
Produced from responsibly managed Estate woodland, our FSC-certified charcoal offers excellent performance with a significantly lower carbon footprint than imported alternatives.

Estate-grown Christmas Trees
Our trees are lovingly nurtured for seven years and freshly cut to order for maximum freshness, fragrance and minimal needle drop. Choose from Nordmann Fir, Fraser Fir and Blue Spruce varieties, all sustainably grown on the Estate in accordance with responsible forestry practices.

Christmas Trees
This year, make choosing your tree a fun family experience at The Montreal Estate.
Select your perfect real tree straight from the field and we’ll harvest, net, and wrap it for you to take home on the same day.
Trees from £8.50 per foot.
Spaces to the event are limited so please reserve your slot with a £25 deposit towards your tree at the point of booking.

Lamb boxes
Sold as half a side of lamb and includes a leg of lamb, French dressed rack of lamb, shoulder, chops, diced or neck filled and lamb mince.
