Collection
Our Beef boxes are available for collection only from Penn Farm on the Montreal Estate. Please select your preferred collection date and time when placing your order. Boxes will be ready for collection from the Estate on the following dates:

- Thursday 23 July / 17:00-19:00
- Friday 24 July / 11:00-13:00
- Friday 24 July / 17:00-19:00
Storage
Our beef boxes are supplied fresh from the butcher, with the items individually wrapped. Once collected, you meat will be ready to prepare or suitable for home freezing. Individual packs should be stored in the fridge or freezer and used within the recommended times.
